Terms of Service

These plain-language terms cover using tidybear.cc and booking Tidy Bear (“Tidy Bear,” “we,” “us”), a two-person cleaning business serving Topsail Island, NC. By requesting a quote or booking a clean, you agree to them.
The 50% off first clean
New customers get 50% off their first completed clean. One offer per property/household. It applies to the first clean only, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers. The discount applies to your confirmed flat rate, which is set after a quick walkthrough (see below). This is a discount, not a giveaway.
Quotes are estimates
Any price you see online or in early messages is an estimate. Your flat rate is confirmed after a short walkthrough or once we have your property details. If the actual scope differs (size, condition, requested add-ons), the price may adjust. Deep cleans and linen service are priced separately from a standard turnover.
Our 24-hour make-it-right guarantee
If something we cleaned is not guest-ready, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we will come back and fix that issue at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the agreed scope of the clean.
Scheduling, access & cancellation
Please give us accurate access details and timely notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can plan our route and serve every host well. We will always tell you in advance if we ever need to move a time.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed for each clean (or per your monthly plan, if you have one). We will be clear about the amount before the work.
Photos
We take timestamped photos to document each clean and flag anything off (low supplies, damage, lost-and-found). AI may suggest a room label and caption, but a person approves every photo before it is sent, and photos are deleted after about 90 days. These are for your records and ours. We will not publish identifiable photos of your property publicly without your permission. See our Privacy Policy.
Care & liability
We treat your home like our own. Please report any concern about damage promptly so we can make it right. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under North Carolina law.
Governing law, changes & contact
